Take ideas and quickly make something that will test if the solution is viable. This may be some crude mockup that can demonstrate the strength of the solution.
Mature the mockup and see if there is continued merrit in the solution. If so refine the solution and make it better adding features.
Make the solution into something that is production ready. Build the team and infrastructure that will support the solution long term.
